To avoid complications with your order, make sure that you enter the required information of the payer and the addressee correctly when ordering. Shipping costs for Slovenia amount to € 4.00 including VAT, and for abroad € 9.90 including VAT.


Packages with a delivery address in Slovenia need 2 to 5 working days for delivery to the specified address. Packages destined for abroad arrive to the addressee in 3 to 7 working days.



Upon completion of the form, the customer pays for the order using the means of payment specified on the website. After the payment is made, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the order.


This email contains a summary of the articles obtained, the type of delivery requested, and the delivery address. In case of any problem at the time of payment, the customer will receive an automatic message indicating the existence of an error in payment. Your order will not be processed until payment is complete.


The prices of services are stated in Euro (€) and include taxes and handling and delivery costs, the amount of which is determined upon final confirmation of each order.

Nika Križnar can offer her customers discount codes periodically. These discounts can only be used according to Nika's instructions for each code and in each case only one code per order can be used. The use of discount codes is not available for some promotions and collections.


3.1 Compensation for manufacturing defects

The customer can return all products with manufacturing defects free of charge. Depending on the nature of the products purchased, the customer has one month to report the non-conformity with the product. Any loss or damage is covered by the customer if they do not report within the specified period.


Returning products with manufacturing defects does not incur additional costs for the customer. To formalize the return, the customer must contact us within one month via e-mail, where they list the returned products and attach a photo and a detailed list of errors. When we receive an email with the information, we will notify the customer within 3 to 5 business days of whether the product will be refunded or not. In the case of an approved refund, we will inform the customer how to send the product to our business premises, where we will make an exchange or refund. Customers can send the defective product to the offices / warehouses listed below:

Each returned product must be unused and must bear all markings, labels, packaging and, where appropriate, the original documentation and accessories accompanying the product. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the customer does not meet these requirements. When a product is received and defects are confirmed, the customer has the option to exchange the product for another same product, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate.


In the event of a shortage of stock that prevents replacement with the same product, the customer may choose to terminate the contract (i.e., receive a refund of the payment made), or voluntarily choose and request another model. Delivery of an identical product or a new model selected by the customer, depending on what happens, is made within the next 3 to 5 working days from the date we confirm the replacement of the defective product or the delivery of a new model. 


Regardless of the option chosen during the replacement, delivery of a new model or termination of the contract, the customer does not incur any additional costs. If the customer decides to terminate the contract, we will refund the full payment for the wrong product (including shipping costs). We inform customers that the refund period depends on the payment method used by the customer when purchasing the product:

- If the customer has paid by credit / debit card, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the day the customer returns the product or decides to terminate the contract.

- If the customer has paid with PayPal, we return the amount paid within 24-48 working hours from the moment the customer decides to terminate the contract.


3.2 Withdrawal from the contract


In the event that the customer is dissatisfied with the products received in his order, he has fourteen (14) calendar days in accordance with the General Consumer and Consumer Protection Act to return the order in full or, if so wishes, may decide to return any product that is part of the order, which can be done without any penalty or need for justification. However, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the order, either in full or in part. To formalize the return, the customer must contact us via our contact page or via email. After receiving the email, we will contact the customer and ask them to send the order to the offices or warehouses. Nika Križnar is not responsible for the delivery company that the user uses to return the order. Therefore, we advise the user to request proof of delivery from the supplier when the product is delivered to our premises.  In this way, the user has proof that the product has been successfully delivered.  

In addition, we are not responsible if the user returns the order to any address not listed above.  

We are not responsible for the return of orders placed by users in Europe if the user returns the order to any address other than the office address in Europe: Nika Križnar s.p., Pestotnikova ulica 13, Mlaka pri Kranju, 4000 Kranj, Slovenija.

The cost of returning the order (for example, the cost of the delivery company) is borne directly by the user.  

The product must be unused and must bear all markings, labels, packaging and, where appropriate, the original documentation and accessories accompanying the product. The user agrees that the product may depreciate the value or that we may refuse the return if the user does not follow the instructions or if the product is damaged in any way.  


Once we confirm that the order is in good condition, we then refund the full amount paid by the user.  

If the user decides to return the order in full, we will refund the full amount paid by the user (including shipping costs).  

If the user wants to return only one or a few products in the order, we will not  we must refund the shipping costs paid for the entire order.  


All prices found on the website are current and valid until the publication of the new price list.


We do our best to ensure that all information published on the website is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, their availability and price may change so quickly that we are unable to immediately correct the information on the website. In such case, we will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to cancel the order or replace the ordered item.



The information on this site is valid on the date of the last update. We reserve the right to update, change or remove information from this website and to unilaterally change these terms, the privacy policy and other information. Any changes to these terms and conditions will take effect upon posting on this website.




All communication between us and the customer in connection with the placement of orders through the website is done in writing in accordance with the communication procedures set out in these terms and conditions for each individual case.


The information required via the online forms is generally mandatory (unless otherwise stated in the required field) so that it is in line with the purposes for which it is collected.


So, if they are not provided or given correctly, these purposes cannot be met, regardless of the fact that one will be able to display the full content of the site.



The customer's personal data are stored in the following periods:


1. Information for the formalization of the purchase:

  • • Data obtained for the management, processing, transmission and monitoring of purchases made are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, once the relationship has been concluded, during the statute of limitations for any legal proceedings that may result.

  • • The data used to contact the customer to fulfill the order, if they saved the shopping cart or stored the products in the shopping cart without completing the payment process, are stored for a period of 180 days.

  • • Data related to satisfaction and quality surveys are kept for five (5) years.


2. Information obtained through the forms rrelating to products without stocks shall be processed until the message is sent to the customer, which means that the product is in stock and, if not in stock, for a period of six (6) months.

3.  The data obtained through the contact forms : shall be kept for the period necessary to process it and to respond to the request set out therein, and when that period is over, during the limitation period of any legal action arising from the aforementioned request.

4. Information obtained in the form of cooperation : shall be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and when the relationship is concluded, during the limitation period for any legal action that may result therefrom.

5. The data obtained for sending e-newsletters shall be kept until the revocation of the consent given by the user given for this purpose.

6. Data obtained for obtaining discounts or for participating in promotions shall be kept until the end of the promotion and, after the expiry of that period, for any legal action that may result therefrom.
